About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Director of Channel Alliance Managers for the Public Sector. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to reinvent cloud security and support the growth of businesses in the cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of regional channel managers, developing and executing a comprehensive channel sales strategy, and ensuring that the strategy aligns with the company's goals and objectives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's cloud security solutions, and foster relationships with key partner executives to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.Candidates for the Director of Channel Alliance Managers position should have at least 10 years of experience in managing and leading a team of regional alliance managers, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Federal/SLED space and a strong understanding of FSIs, systems aggregators, and cloud service providers, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. A proactive approach to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is also required.
