As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and legal services support for the Riemer Hess team of attorneys and paralegals.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to be part of our top-notch legal team. We are a paperless office, so being tech savvy is essential. Our ideal candidate also will have an upbeat personality, professional demeanor, strong writing and proofreading skills, and experience juggling multiple people and projects as you move through your day.
Job Duties:
Answering phones; processing mail; scanning; calendar assistance; meeting logistics; drafting letters; proofreading correspondence and litigation documents; requesting medical records; interfacing with insurance companies and doctors’ offices; and other general office administrative duties to support the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of our Firm.
We Require:
Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in a law firm or similar office setting
Strong written and verbal communications skills (Degree in English a plus +)
Experience managing multiple priorities
Attention to detail and deadlines
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Slack and PDF software
Education: associate or bachelor’s degrees preferred

Salary: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
