The Salesforce Admin/Developer is responsible for the day-to-day Salesforce administration, as well as supporting ongoing platform enhancements/development and 3rd party application integrations. Requirements Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems, Salesforce.com, including user management, profiles, roles, objects, validations, flows, layouts, reports and dashboard
Skill with related software such as meeting software, Microsoft office, Google workspace
Strong customer service communication and relationship skills
(active listener, clear, honest, strong verbal and written communicator, and good note-taking skills)
Ability to assess, analyze, and act independently to achieve goals
