Job Description Job Description STEPS Behavioral Health is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and a strong administrative team who work together to provide ABA Therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We also support families in need of social work services to assist with helping raise their families and handle the challenges of life with a child with a disability. We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Client Success Specialist. Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Job Description The Clinical Coordinator is the administrative point of contact for clients and therapists in our clinic to ensure the successful delivery of services. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day client services and enrollment status, communicating with clients regarding services and staffing updates, tracking and updating client documentation, ensuring client adherence to STEPS policies, completing quality assurance calls, and updating company-wide systems. The following skills are necessary for this role: professional communication with clients and therapists, attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, strong leadership skills, and self-motivation. The Clinical Coordinator will often be the person to greet families and staff each day and therefore this person should have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team. It is integral that this person can effectively ensure families feel comfortable and have what they need. It is equally important that our staff members feel heard and supported so they can effectively work with their clients. The Clinical Coordinator works closely with the Clinic Manager, Insurance Liason, Staffing Coordinator, and each client's clinical team.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree
2 years office experience
Highly organized
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong people skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Experience with children with disabilities
Case Management experience
Google Suite platform
