Position:
Techniques Surfaces USA (TS USA), a subsidiary of HEF Group, is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to be located in our Springfield, OH facility.
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to maintain compliance according to our internal systems. Position reports to the Operations Manager, with essential duties and responsibilities to the entire organization.
Maintain TS USA to multiple regulatory systems including IATF 16949 Automotive
Maintain governance and compliance to regulatory systems and quality
Make continuous upgrades and improvements based upon growth
Regulatory systems include Automotive, Medical Devices, FireArms
Develop and maintain internal standards, regulatory strategies, and plans
Investigate complaints and non-compliance using Quality Tools
Complete customer surveys, scorecards, and information systems
Monitor emerging trends in regulation, and potential impact on corporation
Dock Audits of incoming and outgoing material
Develop technical knowledge of products for representation to agencies
Internal Audits of TS USA Springfield
ERP experience – entering & monitoring jobs / RMA / Corrective Action / etc.
Schedule meetings, events, activities and work related to compliance
Guide, direct, and motivate others. Monitor performance
Qualification and Skill Requirements:College Graduate preferred (but not required) or 3-5 years experience in the quality field
Math skills to calculate from standard formula, and create statistical
Ability to interpret documents such as standards and specifications
Skilled computer operations and inputs to standardized programs
Good problem solving; and ability to work independently
Strict protocol required for safety and specification
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary, commission, excellent health benefits and 401(k) plan, etc.
Base: $65,000 - $72,000 annually – depending upon skills and relevant experience.
Medical Benefits: Company currently pays ~75% of the insurance premium.
401k: Company matches up to 4% when employee contributes 6%. 401k starts after 12 months of employment.
