Offline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Director to guide our team of Social Media Marketers (SMMs) in Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, and Tampa Bay. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to inform strategy, measure performance, and adapt tactics for maximum impact.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong leadership skills with a track record in team development.
Strategic thinker with a talent for data-driven decision making.
Excellent organizational skills for managing content calendars and project timelines.
Comfortable in a front-facing social media role, skilled at building relationships.
