RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns. Utilize various promotional strategies, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to maximize reach and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients through personalized interactions. Understand each client's account thoroughly and identify opportunities for targeted promotions and personalized offers to enhance customer loyalty.

Budget Optimization: Implement targeted marketing and sales strategies while optimizing the allocated budget. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to achieve customer outreach and sales goals.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor CRM and sales statistics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the Executive team.

Problem Solving and Creativity: Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to marketing challenges. Stay updated with industry trends and adapt marketing strategies to keep the company ahead of competitors.

Training and Support: Assist Executives in understanding and implementing effective marketing plans. Foster a learning environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the marketing team's capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is a plus. However, candidates without a degree will be considered for entry-level positions if they exhibit exceptional customer service skills, sales acumen, and a strong interest in the industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying marketing messages and building strong relationships with clients.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrate a well-developed organizational skill set, allowing you to prioritize tasks, set schedules, and complete projects within designated time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure error-free and effective marketing materials and campaigns.

Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills are necessary, as you may be involved in public speaking and engaging in social networking settings.

Team Player and Leadership: Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously. Willingness to take on leadership roles when required to drive marketing initiatives.
