Orthopaedic Specialists of Austin, part of the Growth Ortho umbrella, is hiring a full-time Front Desk Assistant for our Registration department in Austin, TX. As a Front Desk Assistant (Receptionist) for OSA, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities of our facility to ensure smooth operations. As a Front Desk Assistant your job duties will also include a variety of secretarial business aspects of patient care to include scheduling procedures and office appointments, reception, bookkeeping and other clerical support duties with emphasis on customer service. The Front Desk Assistant will report to the Front Desk Coordinator.
