As Marketing Associate, you will be a key facilitator and project manager of quarter-end deliverables and other marketing materials requests. As project owner you will work with departments across the firm including sales, client service, compliance, operations, and the investment teams to ensure the highest standards in accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Candidates exhibiting both project management organizational skills and comfort with investment related data sets will be given preferred consideration.
Key Accountabilities
Develop, update, prioritize, customize, and post marketing collateral and reports (e.g., presentations and fact sheets for the firm's investment strategies).
> Organize information and compile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
> Interact with investment analysts and Subject Matter Experts to obtain and verify data inputs.
> Ensure all content is consistent, current, and to Brand Guidelines.
> Proof data and content across collateral to ensure accurate materials.
> Work with Writers and Graphic Designers within the framework of Adobe Workfront job templates
>Obtain approvals from all vested SBH parties and fund administrator.
> Post approved finals to Seismic and 4U Advisor Platform
Assist with collateral automation, including data management and workflow processes.
Assist in gathering and analyzing metrics, offering suggestions for improvements.
Assist client service teams by providing marketing collateral components and strategy data elements.
Conduct industry research and competitive analytics related to marketing services function, as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at an asset management firm; must have experience updating marketing materials and working with large amounts of investment-related data.
Experience extracting, preparing, and verifying data sets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Microsoft Office applications), especially as it relates to lifting and embedding charts and graphs.
Familiarity with financial providers of data (FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.)
Experience working with eVestment and other industry databases is strongly preferred.
Should have the aptitude to interpret data and have a solid understanding of investments.
Keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and focus.
Organized self-starter with a strong work ethic; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills; experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across all levels within the organization.
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront project management systems beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
