****Your day to day****
As Accounting Manager youll forecast the financial operations of the hotel while managing hotel assets and ensuring a centralized accounting environment.
This exciting role will forecast the financial operations of the hotel to ensure the security of the assets of the company in a centralized accounting environment.
Some of your responsibilities will be to manage the accounting department including receivables, payables, and cash handling functions; prepare financial analysis of hotel operations including variance explanation and make recommendations to ensure the achievement of business goals; develop and implement financial control procedures and systems; maintain documents for audits of hotel accounts; and ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements. This role will direct preparation of budgets and financial forecasts/reporting and oversee the processes of credit extension and collection of overdue accounts as well as ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
This is the top position managing the accounting function in the hotel.
