What you will do:
CyberArk is seeking a pioneering Customer Experience Design Lead toestablish and guide our Customer Experience Design function. This roleis pivotal in crafting holistic customer experiences that span acrossproduct, service, and human interaction, bridging strategic design withactionable insights.
What you need to succeed:
Co-create the Customer Experience Design strategy and roadmap,aligning with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with external partners to conduct high-level servicedesign projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
Map out and execute a plan for developing our in-house CX designcapabilities.
Create and refine the infrastructure for executing strategicexperience design projects, translating complex designs intoimplementable roadmaps.
Champion customer-first design principles, integrating these intoour organizational processes and culture.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and scale design education and processacross the organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, or arelated field, with a track record of leading strategic designprojects.
Skilled in service blueprinting, customer journey mapping, andexperience research, with a deep understanding of design thinkingand human-centered design principles.
Demonstrated ability in capability building, training, andfacilitating workshops to embed design practices and thinking acrossteams.
Demonstrable experience in managing external partners.
Strong communication skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholdergroups and championing change.

The salary range for this position is \$94,000 - \$134,000/year, pluscommissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on theemployee\'s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably dependingon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensationpackage includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, andother benefits.
