Marketing Specialist

Dassualt Systemes is looking for a proactive, ambitious, and high-achieving Marketing Specialist to manage key aspects of our marketing strategy and help us execute different marketing initiatives. Key focus of duties will be developing and implementing efficient processes, streamlining existing workflows, leveraging our current tech stack with marketing automation, and monitoring the execution and performance of our marketing initiatives. The goal is to align our marketing strategy with our corporate visions and overarching business objectives.
The role will be expected to measure the efficiency of our current marketing activities, identify improvement areas, and provide insightful recommendations that will help improve the performance and boost the revenue generation of future campaigns. To accomplish this, you are required to stay continually informed on the best contemporary marketing practices and incorporate them into our business.
To perform well in this role, you must possess a solid knowledge of project management and analytics tools.
Role And Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of cost-efficient processes for our marketing operations
Maintain and track all marketing project activities and ensures data accuracy and completeness of project entries, which includes System training and compliance. Reporting conversion rates and programs performances
Create detailed metrics reports on the progress of our marketing campaigns and measure ROI of marketing campaigns
Lead the progress reporting and alignment with sales organization to ensure standardization of core process needs across the departments
Analyze marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), creating dashboards to drive business decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MS in Marketing, Sales, Business, Administration, or Communications preferred but will consider equivalent work experience
Superior time-management and organizational skills
Proficient to expert knowledge of tools like MS Project, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Visio and analytics tools
