Minimum 10 years experience in the heavy construction industry. Must have bridge, roadwork and underground utilities experience.

Marine experience a plus!

PMP certification

A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the heavy construction industry

Overseeing the day-to-day field activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date is met

Conducting and/or participating in regularly held meetings involving internal staff and external stake holders such as owners, subcontractors, etc.

Meeting with client representatives on a regular basis to discuss the status of projects, to proactively identify and resolve problems and to assure that the client is kept knowledgeable about the status of the work

Responsible for overseeing multiple projects including all aspects of Safety, Quality Control, Cost Control and project correspondence.

Applicant must have good communication skills, be motivated, well organized and be able to multi-task.

Strong team leadership project management skills.

Experience in leading multi-disciplined teams.

Ability to direct the work of subcontractors in order to achieve project goals.

Computer knowledge musts:, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, Project scheduling - P-3 at minimum

Must be willing to travel within the state
