CW Psychological Services is looking for a PA Licensed Psychologist to join our high-quality mental health outpatient team in our King of Prussia, PA office.
This position will provide direct client care, as well as, supervise other clinicians so employees can enjoy both aspects of the field.
CW Psychological Services is a fully insurance-based group private practice that has a mission to provide high-quality care to individuals despite payment mechanisms. Our group practice was created to ensure we can assist clients in finding hope for a better tomorrow and meet the ever-growing needs of our community through high-quality, evidence-based practices. We serve clients throughout the lifespan with a variety of presenting concerns.
Psychologists serve an integral role in our training and support to clinical staff, in addition to the ability to work with preferred clinical cases. Our psychologists assist in the development of several internship and mentorship programs within the practice to provide support to the next cohort of clinicians in the field. Additionally, they develop and conduct ongoing training for staff to further enhance professional development within the practice.
We provide an ongoing and steady stream of referrals, among other administration support, so psychologists can focus on clinical work.

Responsibilities Incorporating the practice's mission and values into their provision of excellent clinical care, regardless of patient reimbursement.
Participating in an affirming, cooperative, educative, and supportive work environment.
Facilitating therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices.
Working closely with committed clients seeking long-term therapeutic outcomes.
Ability to foster a supportive and collaborative therapeutic alliance with clients served
Training, mentoring, and supervising peers, interns, and pre-licensed professionals.
Establishing relationships with local universities for greater internship and practicum opportunities.
Carrying out administrative operations such as data analysis, constructing staff manuals, and forming a library of resources.
Upholding a workplace climate of respect, openness, autonomy, ongoing education, and inclusion.
Allowing therapists to choose their preferred patients and creating a balanced proportion of clinical and administrative duties within a 40-hour work week.
Qualifications Possess a doctoral degree in psychology and hold an active license in Pennsylvania
Have experience providing patient service and supervising activities as a licensed therapist (experience preferred, but training an appropriate person may be possible)
Be skilled in working with clients of varying backgrounds and genders, particularly those who identify as transgender (training with a certified transgender care specialist may be available if necessary)
Possess knowledge and expertise in providing supervision and leadership support to personnel through individual and group supervision and didactic training and onboarding for new hires
Preferably have at least one year of experience providing service and supervision as a licensed therapist; training can be provided if needed
Must be able to demonstrate their skill in treating patients of numerous ethnicities and backgrounds, including members of the transgender community (available training if necessary)
Skill in providing supervision and leadership to staff colleagues through individual and group supervision, as well as, training of staff
Compensation $60,000 - $85,000 yearly

We receive an abundance of referrals each week and have a history of maintaining a lengthy and ongoing waitlist which allows clinicians to quickly build a sustainable caseload once credentialed with our variety of insurance panel contracts.
