What You Will Get To Do:

Position candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills in order to:

Operate our proprietary, internet-based performance reporting application to assist in the onboarding process for clients

Efficiently manage their day based on incoming requests from various clients and teams

Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner

Identify potential problems and troubleshoot to resolve issues

Decipher, process and follow through on client requests

What You Will Bring:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
