Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Project Managers of Construction, for high-end Municipal Park, plaza, and open space projects. Ideal candidates will be inspiring leaders who foster teamwork in the field and help maintain our reputation as a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, directing, coordinating, and tracking activities for designated construction projects.
Ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved within specified time frames and budget parameters.
Leading, managing, and motivating project teams to excel.
Utilizing your construction expertise to navigate site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades.
Collaborating with subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Performing other tasks in support of company and team goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction experience (Preferred).
Driver's License
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation: Competitive salary, ranging from $85,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year, dependent on experience (DOE).
