REHAU is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Furniture Solutions Division. This home office-based position is responsible for growing our furniture components business throughout Western US and Canada.

Specific responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include:

Sell REHAU program lines including edgebanding, decorative surfaces and doors, tambour doors, hotmelt adhesives and custom profiles.

Develop sales territory to include managing customer accounts and development of new business.

Research the market and assess REHAU’s potential in that market base.

Assist in the development of the sales strategy to maximize market share.

Establish and maintain working relationships, both internally and externally

Call on distributors, office furniture manufacturers and retail store fixture manufacturers for the purpose of converting them to REHAU products.

Maintain customer database via Salesforce.com, including visits and opportunities.

Sales experience in the millwork/ woodworking/ cabinetry industry preferred.

Experience with laminates or decorative surfaces preferred.

Proven ability to set and meet sales targets.

Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a diverse team

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Willingness to travel up to 35 percent.

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, experience, and geographic location. Total range of compensation will be between $135K - $145K and may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
