Job Responsibilities
Generate and revise complex assembly, weldment, and component detail drawings per the master Model layout or instructions
Modify standard models to meet customer requirements by increasing or reducing the size of components, the design of minor new components, and verifying all elements for fit, form, and function.
Manage budgeted hours and timelines
Provide support activities to include: Loading BOMs and drawings into SAP to fill replacement parts orders
Making drawing corrections.
Qualifications
Ability to create complex mechanical engineering drafting and design work in Inventor or SolidWorks. AutoCAD is a plus.
Machinery design experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of sheet metal and welding practices.
2+ years of experience with mechanical and engineering drafting.
Engineering Technology Degree (a plus)
