Traveling Electrical Superintendent

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our team and lead our construction projects to successful completion.
Position Summary:
The Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of our commercial electrical projects. You will be responsible for on-site supervision, resource management, quality control, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing clear direction and support to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications, making adjustments as necessary to address changes and challenges.
Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations.
Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues.
Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to keep projects on track.
Document and report project progress, issues, and solutions.
Manage project documentation and record-keeping for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred).
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial electrical construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment.
