Primary function of a Construction Technology Specialist: Responsible for managing the use of Procore Project Management software across the Company and administering end user support.
Duties:
Obtain Certification in all Procore Tools available to the Company
Serve as the primary liaison with Procore for resolving issues and improving the product
Serve as a liaison with the division offices to maximize efficient and consistent usage of the system
Update the Company Training Center content for product releases, Company operations procedures and end user certifications
Provide training for new users of Procore, individually and small groups, including mobile device usage for Field Supervision
Provide monthly usage analysis reports for each Company division
Prepare an annual Plan for end user training
Continuously develop the understanding of the capabilities of Procore and roll out applicable updates
Identify efficiencies that Procore can provide the Company
Develop and understand the potential integration of certain Procore Tools with the Company’s ERP system (COINS OA)
Attend annual Procore user conference
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) throughout the Company with people representing a variety of backgrounds and skill levels
Ability to organize, process, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks, even when many critical tasks may arrive in a short time span
Ability to document and communicate project completion and project status data to various departments
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Power Point) with proven ability in construction related software packages
Some travel to division offices/jobsites required, occasional overnight travel required
Four year college degree required in business, IT or engineering required
Construction related project management experience preferred
Direct Supervisor: Report to Construction Technology Manager
