Patient Services Coordinator
Our client, a medical facility, is looking to hire a contract to potential hire Patient Services Coordinator for their busy medical office. This position is reception/administrative based, which involves heavy patient interaction. This role requires solid attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This position will be 5 days/week onsite in the Boston area with the ability to work evenings and weekends. Free parking or MBTA accessible.
Compensation: $21 per hour on a contract basis*
*rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phones, checking in/out patients, scheduling, collecting co-pays, filing, sorting, updating records, scanning and basic clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous healthcare work history
Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
Detail-oriented and organized
Must be driven, self-starter and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
High school diploma required
