**What you will be doing:**
* Overseeing each location within the region to ensure operational excellence.
* Creating budgets, maximizing profitability, and minimizing losses.
* Developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Developing and implementing operational procedures.
* Analyzing information, and developing effective and efficient processes and strategies.
* Working with leadership to implement divisional initiatives and strategies.
* Identifying new clients, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
* Hiring, training, and developing managers.
**What we are looking for:**
* Must possess 5+ years managerial experience.
* Must be able to create and maintain budgets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
* Parking or hospitality experience preferred.
* Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet client requirements.
* Full financial acumen, budgeting experience, and a strong understanding of P & L statements.
* Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Business degree is preferred.
