Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (German, English) Director of Human Resources to support our European workforce. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in international HR management, with fluency in both English and German.

Requirements:
Professional:
10+ years of HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
Expertise in German employment law and experience with co-determination committees.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and navigating transformational change.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through strategic initiatives.
Experience working with investors and an international outlook.
Personal:
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
Hands-on, value-driven approach with a knack for decision-making in dynamic environments.
Integrity and a sense of humor, able to navigate challenges with grace.
Ability to balance assertiveness with collaborative leadership.
