Director of Growth Marketing

Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join their team in a remote capacity. This person will develop and oversee the paid media strategy and day-to-day operations for the company, covering various areas such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Organic Search, and Affiliate Marketing programs.
Job Duties Include:
Utilize expertise in measuring returns against efficiency standards, evaluating channel efficacy, and allocating spend systematically
Develop and implement paid media strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and lifetime revenue growth
Own paid media activities from conception to execution, including managing ad creation
Maintain a data-oriented approach, setting measurable targets and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement
Establish and monitor KPIs on a regular basis, optimizing ongoing and new programs while managing annual budget
Manage relationships with performance marketing freelancers, third-party vendors, and platforms, overseeing creative management and performance analysis
Coordinate A/B and multivariate testing on audience segmentation, content, and landing page strategies
Collaborate to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration for content and asset creation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury positioning
Demonstrate success in launching new channels through experimentation and iterative improvements
Ensure all creative and copy align with brand standards and maintain a luxury positioning
Job Qualifications Include:
8+ years of paid media experience with a strong emphasis on paid social media
Luxury consumer experience highly preferred
Proficiency in measurement tools, including platform reporting and third-party attribution tools
Familiarity with GA4 and strong analytical skills for data interpretation
Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Experience with Asana is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player
Pay: $150-$180K plus bonus + equity options
