Responsibilities:
Generate leads and cultivate relationships through networking and cold calling.
Participate in lead generation programs and industry events to expand our client base.
Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs analyses to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Deliver persuasive presentations on our products and services, utilizing various mediums.
Collaborate with our Workplace Design and Installation teams to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, corporate goals, and industry trends.
Engagement and Implementation:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely problem resolution.
Foster cooperative engagement with clients and third-party consultants.
Oversee the implementation of sales to ensure client satisfaction and efficient administration.
Provide necessary information to the Accounting Team for seamless client onboarding and invoicing.
Goals and Performance:
Meet sales, margin, and new business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and execute quarterly business plans.
Provide timely sales forecasts and opportunity reports as required.
Participate in learning and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
