About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Sales - Employer Channel to lead the strategic direction and revenue generation within this sector. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to meet business objectives and growth targets, identifying new market opportunities, and aligning sales processes to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. The VP will also be responsible for thought leadership, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with product development and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met. Additionally, the role requires a focus on continuous improvement, including the design of incentive programs, deployment of technology to increase productivity, and driving marketing strategy for the employer channel.Candidates for this position should have at least 5 years of employer/business-to-business sales experience in a managerial capacity, and 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, and the individual should possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as is a results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Experience with statistical and quantitative tools is necessary, and preferred qualifications include building relationships with Fortune 500 Business Leaders, Salesforce administration, and healthcare IT and data analytics experience.
