This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Customer Engagement Coordinator . The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Public Feedback on the Customer Experience Team and shall contribute to the content development and overall management of the digital engagement strategies across the Customer Care Organization.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Content Creation:

Knack for writing and storytelling - responsible for managing content calendar and creating, reviewing, and editing content for customer community and social media

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create content that will catch maximum customer interest

Maintain consistency in content to ensure alignment with brand messaging

Content Coordination:

Manage Customer Care Event process and calendar, collaborating with other members of the Customer Care team to ensure timely delivery of materials (journey documentation, email copy, landing page content, etc.).

Coordinate with partners in Marketing, Operations, Sales, Enablement, and others.

Ensure materials are delivered on time and kept up to date with changing business requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation and project management capability

Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution

Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with the company's brand image, products, and services.
