**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the door frame and hardware construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing solutions to mitigate issues.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively.
**Skills and Experience:**
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred not required.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on door hardware or related areas. Preferred not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
Leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and contractors.
