We are seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager to join our team and lead transformative initiatives within our application landscape.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the transition of our application portfolio, including bespoke solutions, SaaS, and hosted applications.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Effectively manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and support.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, such as technical challenges, resource constraints, or external dependencies. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders during the build-up and operational transformation.
Requirements: 5+ Years of experience in Program management overseeing Application projects.
Process driven, structured
Proficiency in Excel over PowerPoint
Project or program manager certification, like PMP
Highly preferred >>>> Experience in the medical device, medical technology, or high-tech industry within a manufacturing context.
