Software AG WebMethods Administrator Requirement:
We are looking for a talented SoftwareAG webMethods Administrator with extensive experience in Administration, Production Support, and Upgrade of SoftwareAG Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading SoftwareAG products in our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Administration, maintenance, and support of SoftwareAG webMethods Integration Server, API Gateway, Terracotta, Trading Networks, MFT and UM.
• Manage and monitor the production environment to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SoftwareAG products.
• Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades of SoftwareAG products.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of SoftwareAG products with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical expertise and support for SoftwareAG products to other teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures for SoftwareAG products.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering, supporting, and upgrading SoftwareAG products.
• Strong knowledge of SoftwareAG webMethods Integration Server, API Gateway, Terracotta, Trading Networks, MFT and UM.
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SoftwareAG certifications are a plus.
