Reports to: Ryan Pape Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprises Systems. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide systems, with a focus on Netsuite, Hubspot and HRIS systems.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to manage budgets and people effectively and deep experience in enterprise systems.
Core Duties: • Overall responsibility for strategy, planning, enhancement, and daily operation of Enterprise Systems including accounting, CRM, HRIS, related applications (Floqast) and integrations.
• Hire, train and oversee a team to include: Business Analysts, Developers, Systems Administrator, and Support Technicians
• Develop relationships and work alongside Finance, Sales and Operations teams to understand existing processes and challenges to help make recommendations to enhance all aspects of the business
• Work alongside Business Analysts to help analyze, design, implement and test key enhancements across the business
• Lead assessment of new systems from business case analysis, vendor evaluation, decision making and licensing
• Ensure that all enterprise systems comply with relevant security, compliance, and privacy standards
Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in IT management
• 5+ years of experience supporting critical business systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with one or more ERP and CRM systems.
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Strong technical background along with solid business acumen around finance processes, segregation of duties and internal controls
• Experience overseeing software developers and familiarity with software development methodologies
• Ability to move quickly, juggle competing priorities with a positive customer service mindset while providing clear direction and mentorship to your team
