The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for projects such as supporting key specialist projects from a coordination perspective, assisting with the management of projects which are being briefed from internal business functions (P&C), picking up event coordination to support events and conventions (with the previous role fulfilling this role now in the Marketing Manager NAM role), and supporting delivery of the Crewsletter.

Responsibilities:

· Supports key specialist projects from a coordination perspective.

· Assists with admin tasks from a business engagement perspective - e.g. small edits to existing materials.

· Manages merchandise, ordering, stock, and bench-marking of prices/products to ensure we are accessing the most competitive and quality items. Build merchandise portal for self-service Crew orders.

· Collaborates with Marketing Manager NAM on promotion and coordination of charity-based activities, specifically RHMC.

· Supports coordination of Crewsletter and delivery of internal P&C culture initiatives (E&E/Thrive).

· Actively helps with implementations of brand-related projects such as embedding of our values.

· Conduct and monitor competitor landscape, creating analysis and summary of intelligence that can be used to inform the positioning of the Coates brand.

· Maintain and manage an up-to-date product portal to ensure accuracy of information to support product marketing

· Support and provide recommendations on the taxonomy of content documentation and file control to enable the Brand, Marketing & Communications team to operate in an effective way

· Conduct desk research to support and inform positioning on industry trends and in turn help to raise the profile of key stakeholders at Coates, as well as the Coates brand.

Global Marketing Team

· Initiative-taking collaboration with the Marketing Manager NAM to understand the opportunities for execution and promotion of charity activities

· Collaboration with the Marketing Manager NAM and Global Marketing Director to understand how they can support optimization of the intake process for BMC and in turn delivery of projects

· Effective collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital content creation (UGC)

· Effective collaboration with Communications Manager for internal communication needs such as developing Crewsletter content

Business stakeholders

· Build a network with Office Manager leads, namely in Chicago, to ensure that they become the go-to for local event support.

· Communicate clearly with stakeholders requesting briefs to create the right outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

· University qualified

· 2 years of experience

· Exposure in managing workflows in Asana. Experience in Figma is preferable.

· The ability to create user-generated content to share on social platforms is preferable.

· Must possess a ’willing to learn’ attitude and desire to develop a career at Coates

· Natural ability to build relationships
