Your role: As a Marketing Associate at Bizportal, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance TenderAlpha’s brand presence and market share. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of marketing trends.
How would a typical week look for you: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.)
Collaborate directly with the Marketing Executive, Sales Lead and CEO to create cohesive and successful marketing initiatives
Perform proactive search and lead qualification of potential customers
Assist in the management of digital platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges
Provide assistance before, during and after conferences
Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
Assist in the production of marketing materials, including articles, landing pages, and other digital content
Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and tools, proposing new ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness
What you will bring along: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Ability to analyze data and provide insights
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
