FitzMark is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to the dynamic Marketing and Engagement team to leverage their experience to drive the company brand. This position will expand on existing platforms to enhance marketing collateral, drive engagement, and maintain employer branding in a fast-paced, evolving industry. The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Employee Engagement Coordinator and the Director of Branding to execute on all internal and external marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities Maintain company-wide brand integrity, ensuring consistency, quality, professionalism, and cohesiveness
Produce, organize, and update digital and print marketing collateral
Work cross-functionally amongst departments on content production and facilitate seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Work with Marketing Department to ensure project outcomes meet expectations
Plan, design, and execute content and campaigns monthly for social media and internal engagement with the Marketing & Engagement Department
Lead social media management for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google, and other third-party review sites
Manage website design and updates on an as-needed basis
Work alongside the marketing department to plan and execute employee engagement events
Assist in general office management, including postage, supplies, etc.
Assist the Director of Branding in sourcing ideas and designs for merchandise for employees, customers, and vendors
Produce photography and videography content to represent FitzMark culture
Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing/communications and social media management
Minimum 1 year experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience in Canva preferred
Knowledge and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, with the ability to edit/proof effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, market development, strategies, and practices
Creative and innovative approach to developing, executing, and evaluating successful marketing campaigns
