Responsibilities:

Team Support – Work alongside teammates to provide comprehensive support through scheduling meetings, generating quotes, managing sales communications, and more

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Product, Sales, Orders, and Support teams to facilitate information exchange

Customer Inquiry Response – Address customer inquiries promptly providing resolutions that meet the needs of their request

Quote Creation – Generate quotes in Salesforce to help our partners and teammates win more deals

Order Processing and Communication – Accurately transfer orders to Order Management team and proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed throughout the fulfilment process.

CRM Maintenance – Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to increase efficiency in customer interactions, team knowledge share, forecasting, reporting, and activity tracking

Reporting – Provide updates upon request related to sales metrics, customer issues, product requests, and other metrics tied to the sales process

Experience/Skills:

BS/BA Preferred

Proven track record of high achievement

Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Very strong work ethic with confidence to work inside a team

Naturally curious and passionate

A “one-speed” energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation to succeed

Ability to identify issues preventing an assigned task from being accomplished. Thinks through problems and enlists support to solve
