In order to help us achieve this goal, we are searching for passionate professionals who are interested in helping others.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will report to our Head of Marketing, this role will support the continued growth of our digital channels (paid, earned and owned). You will lead and develop creative campaigns and new innovative programs and initiatives to generate revenue. You will focus on testing and optimization to drive new loans on paid outlets at target CPLs. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team as well as our product, analytics, brand and legal teams to build and implement key strategic initiatives that drive value for both our customers and our company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage digital media and video marketing to drive new customer acquisitions.

Daily point of contact with media agency which involves strategic oversight and planning as well as tactical day to day delivery and execution (Display, Video and some Social)

Create and deploy plans and audience segments with tools like GA, LiveRamp and other

Create and guide creative briefs for content needed with timelines and traffic details

Collaborate across various internal teams to drive all new initiatives

Guide internal and external resources to build a test-and-learn infrastructure

Work directly with the data and analytics team to track, forecast, and act on performance data

Ensure marketing messages remain compliant with all applicable regulations

Verify invoices and perform financial reconciliation

Stay on top of latest best practices, tools, and platforms

Experience and Education

7-10 years of experience in managing paid digital media campaigns to clear acquisition goals

Proven track record in driving efficiencies in Digital media and targeting capabilities

Extensive experience working with audience segmentation, personalization, and/or tracking views

Experience in financial services industry a plus, but not required

Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required

Desired Skills

Working experience with Ad Exchange/Networks, DSPs, Google Marketing Platforms and more

Proven acquisitions expert In-depth understanding of implementing a marketing mix

Self-starter with strong problem-solving, identification and resolution skills

Ability to work with cross-company teams and prioritize effectively as needed

Ability to forecast channel volume based on changes to bidding, segmenting and targeting strategies

Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage simultaneous projects
