**Inside Sales Manager**

**Day one you will be front line handling our inside sales, engaging with Deakos end customers directly while simultaneously doing the necessary work and planning to scale Deakos Inside sales platform and team. After learning the ropes and the timing for the business is right, you will begin building your team out and transition into the team lead role. **What we are looking for**
** Responsibilities**
* **Review our customer data and identify opportunities within our installed customer base for expansion of existing systems.**
* **Define the tools and processes needed for your team to scale.**
* **Drive the acquisition, day to day management and development of new Inside Sales team talent.**
* **Evaluate current consumer facing content and help develop and implement new content as needed to support our B2C sales.**
* **Form and execute a business metrics strategy designed to measurably improve customer satisfaction and lifetime backplate value.**

**Minimum Qualifications**
* **Proven track record of success in your career.**
* **Honest and abundant empathy for the customer on the other end of the line.**
* **Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written.**
* **Experience with trade tools such as Hubspot, Shopify, spreadsheets, etc.**
* **5-10 years of experience working in an inside sales or similar role.**
* **3 or more years of direct experience building and managing effective sales teams.**

* **Experienced working with or managing remote teams across multiple timezones.**
* **Four-year degree or equivalent preferred**
