The role of a Warehouse Manager is to manage Information and Physical flows inside the plant - Reception, storage, transfer/delivery to the production line, and collection of finished goods from the production line and shipments.
In your first few weeks in this Warehouse Manager role, you can expect to:
Ensure the day-to-day activities related to reception, allocation of parts to storage location, deliveries to the production line, and withdrawal of finished goods from the production line.
Ensure full inventory accuracy through proper analysis in the case of deviance and lead the cycle counting operations in all warehouse locations from plant scope.
Ensure the proper management of the alert system (ap to standard) and escalation process on the shop floor and in collaboration with other relevant PCL, Plant and corporate functions.
Ensure strict respect and application of PC&L standards (FCP), ICB, HSE, Safety and FES recommendations.
To apply for this Warehouse Manager role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management or equivalent experience in operations, especially in production or supply chain, and knowledge of safety and quality
At least 4 years experience in an automotive manufacturing plant
A minimum of bi-lingual (English required)
FCS knowledge, plus experience in a similar role
