Attività
La risorsa verrà inserita nella Direzione “Innovazione, Trasformazione e Operations”, nell'Area “Digital & Technology” ed in particolare nel team “Finance & Risk Systems”, e supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività: (i) gestione end-to-end di evolutive e progetti dell’ambito di riferimento; (ii) raccolta requisiti e studio di fattibilità tramite analisi funzionale e tecnica delle soluzioni proposte; (iii) gestione dei fornitori di riferimento; (iv) application management e supporto agli utenti di riferimento.
Requisiti
La risorsa ideale possiede una laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche con specializzazione bancaria/finanza ed ha maturato almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in contesti bancari di medio-grandi dimensioni, o nel settore capital markets presso società di consulenza rilevanti a livello nazionale. Saranno considerate un plus esperienze su progetti internazionali con alto livello di complessità dimostrabili. La risorsa ideale possiede una conoscenza consolidata dei principali processi bancari, in particolare della filiera di Finance. È richiesta la conoscenza del software Murex (sistema di front office finanza) e del Pacchetto Office, oltre ad una fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese. Sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza degli applicativi quali Orizzonte (sistema di back office finanza e segnalazioni), Abaco (sistema di gestione delle garanzie e dei collateral conferiti in Banca d'Italia), Ermas (sistema di ALM), Algorithmics (sistema di misurazione del rischio di liquidità e mercato). Completano il profilo ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team, nonché attitudine al problem solving e alla conduzione di progetti complessi.
