Requirements
Provide coaching and training to employees and management for selection and promotion processes, terminations, employee relations, employment law, performance management, and other regulatory required programs.
Deploy strategies to improve the employee engagement within each facility.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Collaboratively develop and implement company standards and strategies to support positive business and financial results.
Provide day-to-day operations of HR in support of the business in the assigned division.
Identify, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for division area in conjunction with leader.
Analyze internal and external metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend changes to positively impact the Organization.
Use data and metrics to make critical decisions; identify patterns and report findings & trends as appropriate.
Strong influencing skills; someone who is a change agent who can build collaborative relationships across a matrixed organization.
Confident with strong personal initiative as someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
Working knowledge of personnel policies and employee benefits including EEO, FLSA, FMLA and Harassment and Discrimination.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR leadership role
Ability to quickly resolve employees’ problems.
Physical Demands
Typical office stuff. Sitting. standing, walking. Using standard office equipment, looking at computer or mobile device screens. Nothing out of the ordinary.
