We are looking for a confident, organized, team-oriented Construction Plumber with experience running large commercial and industrial plumbing projects.
Position Summary: The construction plumber has total responsibility for the field operations of the project. He is responsible for the direct supervision of all personnel and coordination of all subcontractors. His position is inherently responsible for a properly scheduled and orderly project completed on time and within budget.
Pay Scale: $26.00 per hour & up depending on experience

Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required
Qualification Requirements:
Must pass drug and background screens
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Minimum 2 years of management / supervisory experience; managing projects, budgets, timelines, and quality of work
Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
Must possess knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with staff concerning operations, policies, work rules, assignments, scheduling changes/practices, and other areas relevant to operations
Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)
OSHA 10 and 30 certifications
Ability to travel to job sites out of town
Ability to train and supervise others
