Corporate M&A Associate

The Boston office Corporate Group is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 5+ years of experience. Candidates should have significant experience in M&A; additional experience in venture capital (investor and company-side) and general corporate transactional representations is a plus. In addition, candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills, be team-oriented and capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents (including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements), leading complex diligence, deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams), client interaction and work product, and be willing to work the hours expected of a fast-paced, busy practice. Industry experience with energy and/or renewable energy and private equity transactions a plus. Admission to the Massachusetts bar required.
