Salary - $70,000-$78,000

Responsibilities
Full time Monday-Friday
Assessments of Patients
Pain Management
Coordinate with Physician when needed
Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
Rotating On Call Schedule
Coverage Area: Tarrant County
EMR is WellSky (Kinnser) and it is 40 points
Requirements
Clear and Active Texas Licensure
Medicare Home Health Experience
OASIS Experience
Reliable Transportation
