3SI Security Systems, a leading supplier of highly technical cash and asset protection security systems to the Financial and Retail industries, is seeking a self-starting individual to fill the position of FT Field Service Technician. This position requires excellent communication and people skills as well as strong technical ability.
The Field Service Technician is the first line of contact to the end user of our products and will install, maintain, service and train on 3SI products in bank branches, retail stores and cash machines including NCR, Diebold, Hyosung and Wincor ATMs. The selected candidate must possess the ability to successfully interact with customers at all levels including bank branch and retail store personnel as well as OEM technicians and Security Managers.
The selected candidate will be based in (or around) one of the locations below and will perform regional service-related activities in the state and surrounding areas. This position requires overnight travel (approximately 50%). Travel expenses are paid and/or reimbursed by 3SI.

The general duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Successfully interact with Bank and Retail personnel
* Install, Maintain, Service, Upgrade, and removal all products in a safe, professional manner
* Provide support to Sales and Customer Operations
* Respond promptly to service calls meeting Customer SLA requirements
* Manage the customer base and provide training that results in the highest levels of customer confidence and satisfaction
* Efficiently manage time and territory
* Efficiently manage inventory
* Customer Satisfaction and efficient territory management are prime objectives of this position.
Required Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate should possess an Associates Degree in Electronics and two or more years relative Field Service experience
* Knowledge of financial security systems including ATMs a plus
* Candidate must live within territory
* Maintain a Valid Drivers License and have a driving record that satisfies 3SI safety requirements
* Must be willing to travel with some overnight stays
* Must be able to pass pre-employment background check to satisfy the needs of our financial customers
