**Onsite support Techbar Agent:**
An IT resource to interface with local end user's at a static location inside of a customer environment.
Providing assistance with issues that may arise with their PC computing needs
Requirements:
Face to face IT support experience
Professional attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Mobile phone knowledge
O365 knowledge
Win10 OS how too knowledge
Ability to enter tickets following standardized processes into Call management tool
Must be willing to work onsite and or remotely following location specific Covid-19 safety rules
Participating in a team environment able to assume all tasks as assigned
Experience
At least 2 years experience in a customer service industry, preferably IT based
A background and or clear understanding in mobile phone support Android and iPhone
Call Management tool support, ticket entry and ticket managing
Abilities to articulate repair procedures remotely and or face to face step by step instructions to non-IT experienced end Users
