Overview The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationship between Primary Arms and its affiliates, vendors, and industry partners. Their main focus is to develop and implement successful affiliate, brand ambassador, and YouTube programs that will increase brand awareness and contribute to the growth of the company. By collaborating with respected individuals in the 2A community, they will promote Primary Arms' products and services while ensuring that their needs are met within the framework of their agreements with industry partners and vendors. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the brand awareness of Primary Arms and significantly contributes to the company's success.
As the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with influencers, YouTube personalities, and content websites in order to promote Primary Arms' brands. This may entail identifying potential partners, communicating program details and benefits, overseeing existing partnerships, and collaborating with affiliates on marketing initiatives.
The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is in a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work and travel shifts may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties - Execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales for the company.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network.
- Collaborate with affiliates to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the affiliate marketing space.
- Manage affiliate relationships, including commission rates and assist in resolving any issues or disputes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to align affiliate activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new affiliate opportunities and target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Avantlink marketing tools and technologies.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for affiliates.
- Track and measure the success of affiliate marketing campaigns and suggest strategy adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about competitor activities in the affiliate marketing space and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide training and support to affiliates to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to promote the company effectively.
Product Knowledge
Stays abreast of all ATF laws and regulations along with social platform restrictions
Sales and Promotion
Identifies, monitors, and provides accurate forecasts of sales information
Oversees project assignments with Multi-media Team and Creative Manager for creative services as they relate to affiliate Brand Ambassador’s need and ad placements.
Business Relationships
Establishes and grows business relationships with all key affiliates and influencers
Affiliate Network Coordination
Developing and maintaining a network of affiliate partners
Creating and managing promotional campaigns
Prepare performance metrics
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Collaborating with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Other Responsibilities
Attends trade shows and range events
Monitors and increases affiliate sales
Oversees and approves affiliate transactions for correct commissions
Manage promotion item list with Merchandising Department
Recruits and onboards new affiliates, YouTubers, sponsor shooters, podcasters, and brand ambassadors
Provides monthly performance metrics, business unit KPIs
Skills, and Qualifications
Firearms Industry Experience
3+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role
Managing and measuring work
Contract interpretation
Expert level customer interaction
Microsoft tools knowledge
Organizational acumen
Planning and prioritization
Problem solving and decision making
Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
