The Director of Enrollment Operations will demonstrate a strong strategic, communication, organizational and computing skills to manage the enrollment management processes at FVS. A keen attention to detail, an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently during high-pressure periods are essential skills required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops enrollment and admission plans with clearly stated goals and objectives to achieve head counts and net-tuition revenue.
Maintains statistical and trend data related to admission and enrollment. Presenting statistical and trend information to the Board of Trustees and Faculty as may be required.
Liaises with the Asst. Head for Strategic Communications and Marketing to support a strategic recruitment and communication plan and identify best practices to reach targeted, mission- appropriate audiences.
Develops necessary dashboards to track prospective student inquiries, to leads, to completed application.
Creates the protocol for follow up and response times to prospective student inquiries with an eye toward moving people through the process in a timely manner.
Formulating application, admission and enrollment policies that are strategic and forward thinking.
Oversees the admission information management software, the online application and submission of materials, and testing administration and logistics.
Support all on-campus recruitment events and assigned off-campus events, as may be required.
Assist with the organization of the Financial Aid Committee.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Head of School.
Participate fully in the life of Fountain Valley School, including faculty meetings and in-service sessions.

Qualifications:
An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to generate and adopt new leading-edge ideas about enrollment and the enrollment management process.
A minimum of five years of admission and financial aid leadership experience.
An intuitive understanding of data and demonstrated success managing an admission database.
Experience with financial aid—both need-based and merit-based.
The ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically.
A bachelor’s degree (required) or a master’s degree (strongly preferred).
Strong use of Google and Microsoft Office products.
Excellent analytical skills.
Commitment to customer service.
Requires a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Environment: Office working with prospective high school students and families.
Physical Demands: Able to sit, stand and lift to 30 lbs. for eight hours per day, occasional weekend and/or weeknight obligations.
Proficiency in Blackbaud, Excel, Word, Clarity, Google Suite, preferred
Salary: $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and education
