Inviting applications for the role of (Order Management) Process Developer/Management Trainee
Responsibilities
. Administration of customer Quotations & Contract , I,e change , modify , create , coordinate for closure
. Sales Order Processing ie – create sale order as per requirement of the process like packed goods, bulk order , FOC , express sales Oder handling
. Create Sales Order with Letter of Credit (L/C)
. Monitor orders – like rejections , modify , resolve block orders
. Sales Order support – Complaint handling , create consignment billing , return , pick up as per the process
. Customer Support – Daily supervising the assigned orders and exceptions validations
. Support Payment Collection
Qualifications/Experience we seek in you
. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in order management
. SAP ERP experience
. Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)
. Customer Focus, Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation, Multi-tasking abilities required
Minimum qualifications
. B.Com Graduate

. Preferred – Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
