Priority Bid Proposal Manager The Opportunity:

The proposal process is the backbone of government consulting. As a proposal professional, you know the organization's ability to win contracts is largely based on your efforts. We need a proposal expert like you to use your contract management, communication, and strategic planning expertise in our proposal development process, where you'll make highly visible impact.

On our industry-leading team, you'll work collaboratively with the Aerospace Account's Senior Leadership, the Market Delivery Teams, the Aerospace Capture Team, and your Aerospace Sales Teammates. You'll use your skills in Requests for Proposals ( RFP ) process management and best practices, solution and win argument development, proposal value design, management plans, past performance citations, transition plans, proposal writing, and analysis of budget ing to lead the organization, development, review, approval, and submission of Account Priority Bids. You'll manage the development and review of proposal content including te chn ical management, staffing, cost, and past performance experience.

You Have:

8+ years of experience in leading the delivery of compliant, professionally produced Federal Government proposals within customer defined timeframes

Experience with MS Office, including MS Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR )

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with DoD and Air Force and Federal Government acquisition

Experience managing and leading teams

Experience with Opportunity Capture

Ability to coach effective proposal content generation

Ability to develop effective win arguments

Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
