We would love it if you:

Have an undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, engineering, statistics, or similar) or construction management

2+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving (prioritizing candidates with experience within the construction industry)

Proficiency in SQL, Python, along with experience with Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook or data visualization and exploration tools.

Experience working with APIs to ingest data from construction systems

Excited about disrupting the construction industry with technology

Fast learner or have a deep understanding of technology systems in the construction industry

Love working with data to uncover patterns and insights

Have great interpersonal and communication skills, are curios and a great listener

Enjoy working with customers and find data driven ways to support their decision making

What you'll be doing: Spend time understanding data structures for different construction systems or public data sources

Identify and pitch the team on potential data sources that would support customers in making decisions

Document data workflows, data policies, standards, and procedures for customer systems

Create and update pipeline documentation, including data structures, relationships, and source system information

Set up customer dashboards, reconfiguring business processes in customer systems or running white board sessions to understand customer's use of data

Develop or run advanced descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics using jupyter notebook and Python

Gather feedback from customers on Gryps current use cases and identify potential use cases
